Jaime,
Did you do the 'putkey' instructions for Webtrends? The two systems
cannot connect unless they share the same secret information.
On Sun fw mgr: fw putkey -opsec {IP of WebTrends system}
On WebTrends system: opsec_putkey {IP of fw-1 mgr}
Enter the same key for both. Now follow the rest of the instructions
It's all there in the instructions. I've used them.
