You can get the course manuals through Check Point.  Call their customer
advocacy line and they can tell you what the e-mail address is for that.

As far as the CCSE course material, I would contact Verisign
(http://www.verisign.com).  I think, however, that the only way to get the
course material is to go through the course.
As far as the CP2000 manuals, they are located on the cd.  If you don't have
a
cd, then try contacting Verisign (or other authorized reseller) about
getting an
"eval" copy of CP2000.  It is the same cd that is sent with the "real"
licenses,
and will have the PDFs on it.
