Just as a short follow up to this.. I hadn't read it before. Even this
wouldn't work, the actual napster servers are being used less and less,
due to them banning people left and right over Dr. Dre / Metallica crap.

THere is a program called Napigator (www.napigator.com) that keeps an
updated list of Napster servers.. Including personal servers, Open
Napster, and the actual napster boxes. Most servers having well over 3
terrabytes worth of music available via them.

You might be able to make something that nightly takes those ip's out and
updates the firewall with them.
