Instead of rehashing just recently discussed topics, you might
want to try www.securepoint.com or other archives,
and do a search. You'll find this list and the other firewall
lists there(among others.)
Now that I have said that, many of these programs have 'will'
and do find other ways out of your network. Start with a good
policy that says what you can and cannot do.
Then, as others have mentioned, create yourself an
internal web site with the statistics showing what your
employees are doing. You should see a reduction in certain
types of browsing habits and you get your employees
managing themselves. For the hardcore(pun intended) who
still don't care, then you can exercise your policy to
reprimand them, and if your policy says - terminate them.
