Just to add another command to this checklist, to check state sync between
2 FW's. you can do a netstat -an | grep "for your neighbor FW IP"
IF you are synced, you should see a TCP connection between
the 2 IP address.

If they are relatively close, then synchronization is working. If one
firewall has lots of connections and the other has none, then it's not
working.
