It maybe this question was asked before, but I couldn't find an answer.
I would like to manage the bandwidth of a connection (QoS), and I would like to
know if somebody has some experience in the different tools that you can use
(Floodgate, CAR in routers Cisco...). Please, all comments will be very useful.
