The problem with blacklisting an ISP subnet range is, if you are hosting a
public web site, you are taking the risk to blacklist nice people too !
As the ISP in question is a major ISP (to individuals especially and a few
companies), the traffic from their sub net is not only hostile...
And I'm not sure that some surfer who can't reach your site is going to complain
about it (did you block emails from those sub-nets too ?)...
