CP official answer is to completely uninstall FW, then apply any NT service
packs or hot fixes. Then, re-install FW & apply any FW SPs. As far as
requirements go, you can have NT SP4 running with FW v4.0 SP6. FW has no
problems; it just depends on your requirements and reasons for upgrading NT SPs.

Subject: [FW1] NT4SP and FW-1 SP -- installation procedure
I want to upgrade my firewall to NT4 SP6 and my FW-1 ver 4.0 to SP6. Should
I first upgrade NT4 then FW-1? Is there anything else I need to do?
When installing NT4 hotfixes, is there any chance that this might overwrite
FW-1-files? If so, what's the right way(tm) of doing this?
Thanks in advance,
:) Bj
