I think it is fixed in SP6...We were having the same problems so I upgraded to 4.0 SP6 (on NT) yesterday. I removed myself from the SecuRemote users group and re-added. This time I didn't loose any passwords...HOPEFULLY its fixed.
Glad to hear other people are having this problem. Its been driving me crazy for a month now...
