I don't use my firewall to perform action like this, I build a normal
mail-relay for it and make sure that relay is configured to not relay mail.
I've always used the mindset that you let a firewall be a firewall and not
ask it to be a _________ (insert service here) when it is a firewall...
You might just want to consider running a inexpensive Linux box on the DMZ
to act as your relay.
