You need to verify your license inculdes the management module since that is what the GUI talks with. 'motif' is part of my NT license on 4.0, I am not sure about 4.1 however, but I would believe it to be the same. Hope this helps...

Subject: [FW1] 4.1 NT GUI Problems
Hi All,
Forgive me if you get this twice, but my first post doesn't appear
to have appeared :-(
we have a problem with FW1 4.1 SP1 on NT4 Intel boxes.
when trying to start the policy editor / lof viewer, there is a
message "no licence for gui"
As far as I know there is no such thing as a gui license for nt -
motif is just for Unix.
Has anyone seen this before / or have any suggestions.
Thanks in advance,
Rob
