Modify your SMTP-incoming rule by adding an SMTP resource where you only accept

    From:    +*@++*.++*
    To:     +*@YOURCOMPANY.COM

Other incoming mails will dropped due to the default rule. If you want to be nice
you could add another "incoming" rule directly below, which is smtp with a plain
resource + REJECT so the sending server gets a proper response.
