Hiya,
Its a wierd one this one. The problem definatley lies with the exchange
authentication of the user associated with the mailbox. Funnily enough the
demo works fine but the live system dosent. I'm going to trawl through the
setup of both systems to see if I can spot a difference.
If I do get a resolution to the problem Ill post it here.

I'm looking through MS's excellent (NOT) knowledgbase, and of course there's
no reference to this error or a subset at all.
There are references to the 1326, but none against Exchange.
One of the similarities I have found in all of them is the issue of the
authentication password and it's being or not being passed in clear-text.
I wonder about M$ sometimes. I mean, it's not possible that there has never
been such an error as you'f received, so why is there nothing about it in
the knowledgbase ?
An idea (again) might be something to do with the LDAP settings on the
exchange server itself ?
And with that I'm plumb out of ideas.
