Michael,
Two things here - make sure that you check the "Show Null Matches" box is
checked in the Log Viewer Config (Select-->Options). That will show you
more Securemote realted logging info. Also, make sure that you DID NOT
install the "policy support" when you installed Securemote/SecureClient.
