Does anyone know how to successfully enable the Oracle Discoverer web application
through a firewall using SecuRemote? I have not been able to get it working, even
following the sparse documentation I've found.
We have Discoverer running on a NAT'd box (VPN is not rolled out yet). When I connect
via a SecuRemote client, I can get to a point where I can choose the query - but it
does not run. I receive no dropped or rejected packets, and the system simply times
out. Strangely, if I try to do this via the public address (straight Internet
connection), I don't even get to the point where I can choose the query - it will only
accept ClientEncryption to get that far, not sure why.
Any help is HUGELY appreciated.
