The some key issues with any company are:
1) Non-Disclosure policy
2) What type of detail reporting will they provide
3) Will they only disclose weakness or will they assist in the fixes/patches.
4) When and how will they test (do you want DOS test?)
5) What is the procedure during the test (what are the abort procedures?)
6) Should a problem occur during the test, who is responsible?

Would anyone on this list recommend a particular company to perform
penetration testing from the Internet to the sevice net and internal net?
