I've tried to contact the Trendmicro support,
I'm waiting for a respons
Could you help me ?
My problem is :
When I try to update pattern virus I have the error message :
ERROR: Other process is updating pattern file.
What can I do ?
I've already tried to stop and restart the service, or to reboot,
but I always have the same error.
Anyone know where I can find ? What can I do ?
