no matter how big the box, it's a single point of failure. May I suggest
having a look at Rainwall? http://www.rainfinity.com, and feel free to
email me directly.
You'll hit the T1 bottleneck before the size of the firewall becomes an
issue - it won't take but 5 or 10 concurrent broadband users to fill the
pipe.
