Hi all !
Thank you very much for your help. The problem was, that while I saved the
policy the connection goes down.
So the policy-files haven't been saved correctly. But the Firewall itself
ran fine. I have to unload the policy via command line and then I was able
to connect via the GUI. Then I have installed the policy newly over the GUI
and all was fine.
