First time user. Did anyone receive this? Maybe we can send a Letter to CP management to let them know how dissatisfied we are with their service or lack of when it comes to licenses. Hi, I had a very similar experience. Be sure to license your original certificate key (your 4.0 key) and not the one that comes on the packaging for your 4.1 materials.
