Sorry for the rant but.....
CP really know how to make things difficult. After attempting to upgrade our lic
to 4.1, I got a curt note saying I wasn't allowed to and then an apology from CP
(when they realised it was their fault) and "you can try again".
So guess what, when I try for a second time to upgrade my lic., it comes back
saying I don't exist!!!! Another day, another CP headache!
