You'll need BGP, which is work in itself. You might also have to use a
tool which manages DNS for you - Cisco Local Director, Alteon makes
something, several others as well. Basically the tool acts as the SOA for
your DNS, then responds to queries with the address of a live and
reachable sytem. Of course you have to turn off caching on your external
namespace.
