My best guess is that it would be kinda like Napster. You pretty much are
gonna have to forget the port stuff, and go with disallowing access to the
remote shoutcast domains, since they are the central catalog for this "new"
streaming method.
Figure out all the IP networks for shoutcast and define a rule to block
everything to them.

Shoutcast, by default, will use port 8000. Unfortunately, users can
define
(manually) any port for it to use.
