Hello all,
I recently discovered that the ftp REST command is blocked by the security
server. The REST command is used to get the rest of a file when a previous
attempt was disrupted.
Here's an excerpt from the ftp log:
16:52:03 Cmd: REST 1352343
16:52:03 502: Security server inhibited REST command
16:52:05 Cmd: PASV
1. What security risk is associated with the REST command?
2. Is there a simple way of letting the REST command through?
