I am having a problem with a Nokia IP440 running Software Release: 3.2.1-fcs1
with CheckPoint VPN-1(TM) & FireWall-1(R) Version 4.1 Build 41439 IPSO-build-12
SDK-728 [VPN + DES + STRONG]. I have a NAT set up that performs a destination
NAT
Source Address Destination Address Service NAT Source NAT Dest
NAT Service
Network A AddressB Any Original AddressC Original
A brief review of a tcpdump on the outbound interface of the router shows that
UDP packets with a port number of 4405 are resulting in the destination address
not being translated. UDP packets with a port number of 427 along with any TCP
packet is translated without a problem. I have searched Nokia's and
Checkpoint's knowledge bases without any luck. Any ideas?
