That's symptomatic of relying on CheckPoint's native state
synchronization, which is time based and too slow. Phoneboy has a good
writeup on the reasoning behind it. To my knowledge, there is no fix for
Nokia boxen - the closest I've seen to a workable suggestion is firewall
sandwiching with traffic management switches, which strikes me as terribly
complex and expensive.
