Hi
We have 2 sites on CP 4.0 (SP4) - an Enterprise VPN and 1 remote module -
both on NT 4.0.
We are planning to add about 6 or 7 more sites but were wondering whether
it is worth the hassle/expense of getting our existing firewalls upgraded
to 4.1 (SP1 - or SP2 if available) - and then roll out a totally 4.1-based
VPN.
I really don't want to create new problems (took me ages to figure out how
to 'bludgeon' SR to sort of work !! - we are using SR 4153).
Is worth doing and are there any obvious 'gotchas' ?
(I am hoping that answer will be just backup $fwdir/conf directory and
upgrade away - or install 'fresh' and copy $fwdir/conf).
I know that licensing was a right pain in 4.0 and am hoping for a better
experience with 4.1
