One idea might have been to first look around a bit STFW ;-) and then ask
specifically e.g. about experiences with OpenSSH (or freeSSH, or others?).
Qualified/specific questions eliminate the (false) impression of a guy just being
too lazy to do anything...

Just for the record: using OpenSSH without any problems since some time. Before
implementation studying documentation and _lurking_ into appropriate mailinglists
helped a lot making a decision.

PS: You're fired only if you screw up. And blaming onto some (anonymous) guy on some
mailinglist
       won't help you a bit - neither will buying the wrong product, hireing the
wrong consultants, etc.
