1) Just telnet (may allow ping temporarily)
2) Have asked them to check
3) Looks okay to me
4) I don't have a specific route added for his - * I will add now * (see
below)
5) I didn't have a proxy arp entry for this - * I have added this *
6) Ping/telnet don't work
I am not sure of the route needed - Our External IP Address - Mask -
Internal Router
or should it be Our External IP Address - Mask - Internal PC ?

Well.
1) What services need to be used along this path? Windows file sharing?
2) Are the ports opened on his firewall side for all ports required?
3) Is your NAT setup correctly
4) is routing working (added the 1:1 route on the firewall
5) Is proxy arp working correctly?
6) Can you get other services working to the host?

I have tried to setup a temporary access for a subsidiary company to access
an internal PC.
Setup:-
Their PC -> Internet -> Fwall -> Our PC
or (put another way)
Their External IP -> Internet -> One of Our External IP Range -> Fwall ->
NAT -> Our Internal IP
Doesn't work - can't even ping (even set the Accept ICMP as first rule to
test !) - have double checked addresses - all looks okay to me.
Any ideas ?
