To balance up my moans about CP and VARs etc. ;-)
Thanks to everyone who suggested help on my problems with getting an
external site access:-
I had several issues:-
a) I had not added a local.arp entry for the new external IP address I was
using for Static NAT
b) No one-to-one route on the firewall existed
c) Didn't realise I needed to add interace to Valid Addresses on Firewall
Internal interface (thanks to my VAR (Esoft Global) for that one !).
All working now.
Hey - I'm on a roll - perhaps I'll try and get a new license this afternoon
from Checkpoint for Triple DES ;-)
