Hiya,
I have identified the problem with the help of a nice disty :-). The issue
is thus on Version 4.0 to enable secure remote connectivity using ISAKMP the
firewall module must be licensed. To Enable FWZ secure remote the Managment
Console must be licensed and accessable from the Internet or the Dial up
network. This is due to the topology downloads coming from the managment
console when using FWZ encryption not the module as occurs when using
ISAKMP.
Not easy to figure out that one to Checkpoint to answer it.
