first of all sorry for my crap english.

This is because you defined a lot of "custom" port numbers in your
rulebase, and once someone wants to use one of these ports as
destination port on the client to make a transfer, it is rejected.

You have a way to solve this by patching your code, there is no way to
solve this thru the GUI.

I'm suprised CKP support didn't find out this rather classic problem.
