where do I go to get the license for Secure Remote
and license for Secure Client, can you be more specific?

I could not find the CP's sale person phone number any where on the web
who should I contact/what website should I go to

If you are trying to use Secure Remote, you need a separate license for the
gateway to allow SR vpn connections.  This is free, but you need the license
nonetheless.  If you are trying to do Secure Client, you need an additional
license as well, but this costs about $100/client I believe.
