Actually, if IPsec can be setup between cisco router and
fw-1, i think for us it's the way to go.
Since our POPs are in deferent towns and spread all the country
over. These POPs gain internet access through satellite.
I don't think that securing remote management data and authentication
data needs a full-fleged firewall to be setup at each
remote site.
Any new advice about this will be appreciate.
So, is there any documentation or link available on how to setup IPSec between Firewall-1 server and Cisco router ?

Your best bet would be to setup IPsec between the fw-1 and the routers.
