No, you license a single interface, and checkpoint prefers you license the
"external" interface.

In a single gateway setup, you must license the external interface, because
all IP seen on other interfaces will apply toward your license count.

Some admins prefer to license an internal interface, so they can change
ISP's without having to go through checkpoint to get another license.
