This means that you've specified FWA1 encryption\authentication to be
used for your firewall-to-firewall comminications, and either your mgmt
console, or your firewall module (which ever is the 3.0 box) can't
handle it.  So it's reverting to using S/key, which is the default on
3.0.  It should still work, but it's much less secure than FWA1. 
Personally, I'd recommend upgrading....
