hi, i m going to extract my management console from a firewall module on NT 4.0. till now my license was a single gateway one but i ll probably need a new license for my management ip and external if of my firewall module. Does someone know what is the exact procedure with checkpoint to upgrade a license ? To do the extraction, i consider to make a full backup of the gateway onto a new server then to disable management from old server and to uninstall security policy and the new firewall module. This method seems a bit heavy but i hope is reliable. Is it possible instead to uninstall a firewall/management module from a single gateway installation, when entering in add/remove software in control panel, only firewall-1 vpn-1 appears.
