I would ignore the warnings and stop your SNMP
service. I'm guessing you're not using it. It can be a
security issue, too -- so stopping it is a bonus.
I think you'll the startup script in
/etc/rc3.d/S76snmpdx
Just rename it to s76snmpdx (that's a lower case "s",
so Solaris won't start it up)
