I just upgraded to SP2, however I no longer have a 'alertd' process running. This is a bad thing, as my "User Defined Alerts" no longer works. As I understand it, the alertd process must be running for the User Defined Alert to work. How do I get this process to run again? Does SP2 use something different then the alertd daemon for User Defined Alerts?
