Make sure that the firewall box on both ends are 'internal' and not marked
as external.
Make sure that you can ping the remote firewall! You may have to do some
strange routing to make it work.
Also, make sure that it can talk to the firewall on the external interface,
not any internal interface. I have a firewall here with a dedicated t1
between the local management station/fw1 Module and a remote fw1 module in
the USA. If the internet connection is down, I can't push the policy as it
insists on going over the Internet T1 instead of the Dedicated Direct T1.

Don't know if this made any sense. I was up till 1:00am working on a stupid
HACMP problem with our SAP servers.
