Did you check what encryption it is using? Try using your own username on
both and see if its going to work. If not, play around with other version.
Also, check the authentication and encryption in manage/users (am not sure
if you are using 2 different users).
One other possibility is that you might exceeded the number of users you
have in your license.

So what you're saying is that when you do an "fw printlic" on the
firewall in question, you see an item in the list for "srulight" or
"srulimit" or "sr***something", correct?
