On the 440 you go through Voyager using a browser (or the Lynx command line
interface).
Not sure if it is the same for the 650 series but here goes anyway.

Login to Voyager.
Select the CONFIG button.
Then select LOCAL TIME SETUP under the System Configuration section, and
configure the time zone and time as needed.

Might be worth setting up NTP.
Configure one Nokia to use one of the many time servers on the internet (
http://www.ntp.org )
Then configure the other to use the first as a time source.

     I have 2 nokia 650s, but one of the has time zone GMT, the other
GMT+3....How to change timezone setup so that logviewer shows the correct...The
dates on the boxes both are set the GMT+3 but logviewer shows different
