I usually do not touch inferior operating systems, but if memory serves me right:
 

Settings->ControlP Panel->Network->Tcp->Properities-> Advanced Tcp

Bascially, the conecpt should be the same. If the firewall application stops for whatever and
whatever the firewall, the operating system should not be allowed to forward packets from one
interface to another. Matches the concept of "If your firewall fails, it should fail in such a way
as to not allow the attacker to proceed further into the network". Part of hardening the system
before the actual firewall is placed into production.
