In a test environment I've installed the management server (4.1 SP2) on a
W2K server and was able to manage a couple enforcement points and use the
policy editor locally or on another system. A couple of errors appear in the
event log, but appear to be related to the inspection module not binding to
the interface. That and a problem where the local GUI could bring up Policy
Editor *or* Log Viewer, but not both.
