1) I use the TTSSH extension to TeraTerm Pro, but some people like
PuTTY. If you need SSH2 support, you'll need a commercial client.
2) I don't know.
3) You can theoretically forward anything over SSH, but FTP will be
tough. I'd use scp instead. There's a CLI scp for NT which I haven't
tried yet, but is supposed to be good.
