No, that looks like a a normal display of "showrev -p". If you want to check to see what patches have been
applyed to a system check the directory /var/sadm/patche. Inside this directory  you should have other directories
named after the patches that were applied. Inside each of these directories are a README* file and a log file
indicating what the patch was for and also what happended when the patch was applied ( thats the log file. )
Cross check the patches installed on this machine with the patch cluster for this machine obtained from Sun.
