Hi all,
I know this is a bit of a no brainer, but checking the FAQ's on Checkpoint's
and Phoneboys sites revealed slightly out of date info which will not be
relevant for this purpose.
The question: I'm running three FW-1 V4.1 SP1 FW modules and a management
server on NT SP4.
I'd like to upgrade them all to FW-1 SP2. That's the no-brainer part.
However, I had a STOP error on one of them last week (while I was on
vacation of course!) that a query of the MS KB reported being attributable
to a highly stressed NT4 SP4 TCP\IP stack. Consequently, I'd like to upgrade
them all to NT4 SP6a.
The question: Does FW-1 V4.1 SP2 support NT4 SP6a?
If so, what is the correct order in which to apply them? FW-1 prior to NT,
or vice versa? Thanks for any insight on this!
