Can you reconnect after installing policy?

If not, make sure that you either have the
policy->properties->Accept Firewall-1 Control
Connections or a rule to allow the GUI to
connect to fw object with proper service (use
firewall-1 group)

Side note. you show SP1. Did you install SP1
of the GUI? You can have strange things if the
GUI SP is not the same as fw and fw mgr.
