I had my Nokia SE come out and help me install it.  After seeing it done, I wondered why they made their documents sound so confusing.  I have since rebuilt the boxes a couple of times and had no problems getting this installed.  My suggestion... Call you Nokia rep and have them send out and SE... it's free.

How soon do you want it done?
        Answer: now, hire someone that will let you watch
        Answer: someday in the future, you could go either way.

Can you afford the $$ for the help?
        Answer: Yes, why not get the help.
        Answer: No, give yourself the time and you could pull it off.

Is your network complex?
        Answer: Yes, how are your networking skills, do you still want to give it a go?
        Answer: No, great! Your that much closer to having it done.

We did hire someone, it the most relaxing firewall upgrade/install I was ever involved with. With time and the documentation I think I could have figured it out, but instead I sat back and watched and was able to learn about the new stuff in an easy way. It was like having a private class.

I would do it again.
