All he would have to do is use any network sniffer. Grab the data for
specific machines and run the data stream through a lopht crack password
cracker. That is just one scenario. There are MANY ways to do this. All
with relative ease and little training. sounds as though you may have a
larger problem though.

This guy is obviously a new person to the hacking world, not a hacker
though. He is what we refer to as a nuisance, but dealable. In many of the
companies that I deal with he would be told that he is dangerously close to
being fired and / or Federal offense issues. This is normally enough to
quell the would-be-hacker. If you don't draw the line now then you WILL
have to pay for it later either in security breaches, downtime from hacking
or consulting services to lock your company down.

Just my personal opinion.

Subject: [FW1] Administrator's password has been discovered by
non-priviledged user !

Hi there,

I find this is really very annoying. The user with only a common domain user
priviledge who has no even power user priviledged. How does he find out the
local administrator's and even the domain account administrator's password ?
I just hope he is lying to us. Cant really tell with his cheaky face though.

I am surprised that there is a hacking tool that can explore anyone's
password with just a common domain user's priviledge account ? Can somebody
what would the possible hacking tools he is using ?

A Big Thank You !
